Contract Duration: 4-months
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN or remote
Compensation: $33.00 - $56.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Textile Designer:

Develop original, trend-forward textile prints for women’s ready-to-wear apparel
Translate seasonal trend direction into elevated, brand-appropriate artwork
Design repeats, engineered placements, and all-over prints that are technically ready for production
Create art sheets (tech packs), upload to designated platforms, and manage digital design files efficiently
Collaborate with the internal print team and cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive execution
Respond to factory inquiries and participate in feedback rounds with timely revisions
Manage multiple design projects while meeting key deadlines

What you’ll bring to the Textile Designer role:

5+ years of experience in textile or surface design within the fashion or apparel industry
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; NedGraphics experience a plus
Familiarity with color standards, preferably Archroma
Strong grasp of composition, repeat layout, color, and scale
Ability to work across both hand-drawn and digital design styles
Awareness of current print and cultural trends
Excellent time management and communication skills
Experience in mass-market retail or high-volume print development is preferred
