What You’ll Do:

• Perform thru-tubing and fishing operations using coiled tubing and stick pipe
• Operate and maintain downhole tools and surface equipment
• Execute drill-out services with a safety-first approach
• Troubleshoot and resolve field-level operational issues
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain accurate job records , documentation, and reporting
• Travel and work in field locations such as Minot, ND and Casper, WY as needed

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of oilfield experience (10+ years preferred)
• Proven expertise in thru-tubing fishing and coiled tubing drill-outs
• Familiarity with packer systems and liner hanger installations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot in the field
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and perform in rugged field environments with rotating shifts
• Ability to adapt to changing job scopes and high-pressure timelines

Work Environment:

• Field-based role with extended travel to remote rig sites
• Long hours and physically demanding work
• Exposure to hazardous materials and high-pressure systems
• Full PPE required at all times
• Must comply with strict company and industry safety protocols
