Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Tactical & Outdoor Social Media Content Creator who understands the firearms, tactical, and outdoor/alternative sports space—and can create engaging, authentic content tailored to those audiences. This is a hands-on creator role (not a manager), ideal for someone passionate about tactical gear, firearms, survivalism, or even high-adrenaline outdoor activities.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more
  
   
• Own daily social posting and community engagement
  
   
• Produce content focused on tactical themes (e.g., gear breakdowns, firearm-related content, range videos), outdoor activities (e.g., hiking, survival drills), or alternative sports
  
   
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches
  
   
• Attend events, field shoots, and product demos as needed
  
   
• Track content performance and make data-driven content decisions
  
   
• Stay current with trends in tactical culture, firearms, and social media strategy
  
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong personal interest or background in tactical, survival, alternative sports, or outdoor content
  
   
• Proven experience creating niche content on social media (portfolio or active handles required)
  
   
• Understanding of firearm safety and tactical gear use is a plus
  
   
• Experience with editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Final Cut, etc.
  
   
• Comfortable filming and appearing on camera
  
   
• Military, law enforcement, or outdoor survival experience is a bonus
  
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of digital content creation experience
  
   
• Ability to create compelling videos in rugged/outdoor environments
  
   
• Strong storytelling, filming, and editing skills
