About Us:
We are a well-established ENT and Facial Plastics practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional environment. Our team is committed to clinical excellence and compassionate service, and we are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Receptionist/Medical Assistant .

Position Overview:
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative and clinical responsibilities. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding care and service to our patients.

Responsibilities Include:

Front Office / Reception Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors in a warm, welcoming manner.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance.
• Collect copays and process payments.
• Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system.
• Handle administrative tasks including faxing, scanning, and filing.

Back Office / Clinical Duties:

• Prepare exam rooms and assist the physician with procedures.
• Take and record vital signs and medical histories.
• Clean equipment and instruments.
• Prepare patients for in-office treatments and minor surgeries.
• Maintain inventory and ensure cleanliness of clinical areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred but not required.
• Experience in a medical office setting (ENT or facial plastics a plus)
• Knowledge of EMR systems (e.g., PatientNow.)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude.

Schedule:

• Flexible but likely, Tuesday- Thursday 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30-12:30
• No weekends or major holidays.
