Job Description

DSI, a premier Dallas-based sales enablement and custom business solutions company, founded in 1984 and family-owned and run, has an immediate career opportunity for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and maintaining marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness. The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans. This is a full-time, in-office position located in our Richardson office, five days a week.

This role will report to our Richardson, Texas office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including DSI’s corporate website, social media channels - ensuring brand compliance and consistency
  • Create and oversee development of digital content including short form video scripts, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to recommend, modify, and shepherd existing marketing content for digital/social media platforms, and traditional marketing vehicles (print, events, merch, and radio/TV) for both DSI dealers and DSI partners
  • Develop a social media content calendar and publish social media content
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns; provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Assist with the company’s internal/external merchandise efforts (shirts, mugs, holiday gifts to employees/vendors, etc.)
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in execution of company offsite meetings, including DSI’s annual National Sales Meeting, and other events/conferences
  • Assist Senior Manager of Marketing in day-to-day marketing tasks
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a B2B marketing manager or similar role, strong digital marketing experience is essential
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (such as PPC, SEO/Social Media, etc.) and market research methods
  • 5+ years’ experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, etc.) and best practices, analytics tools, SEO/SEM
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and marketing software and applications
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented

Computer Skills

  • Required: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Monday.com, Hootsuite, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); strong computer proficiency

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or related field (e.g., Communications, English). Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Neat, professional appearance, and outgoing demeanor
  • Occasional multi-day, overnight travel (2-3x/year)
  • Employees must be able to cover their non-airfare travel expenses before reimbursement (expenses are processed weekly once submitted)
