Clinical Specialist
Full-Time | Remote with Travel | Medical Device – Surgical Oncology
A fast-growing, mission-driven medical device company is seeking Clinical Specialists to support and sustain clinical accounts during an exciting early commercialization phase. This is a unique opportunity to join a company as part of their founding commercial team, working to bring groundbreaking innovation to the surgical oncology space, with an initial focus on breast-conserving surgery.

Partner with Strategic Account Managers to support and maintain accounts in greenfield territories
Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgical and hospital staff within the breast-conserving surgery ecosystem
Provide clinical support for product evaluations and ongoing use in the operating room
Ensure adoption and continued success of the platform by exceeding utilization goals and sustaining base business
Collaborate with cross-functional field leadership and internal teams to share feedback, identify opportunities, and support account development and growth
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support, ideally with focus in breast oncology or related surgical specialties
Prior experience in a startup or early-stage commercialization environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Operating room (OR) clinical experience is essential
Documented history of achieving or exceeding performance targets
Ability to travel up to 75% as needed, including customer site visits, team meetings, and industry conferences
Experience with CRM systems and modern sales enablement tools
Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate
