The Business Analyst position will support Public Consulting Group's Corporate Technology departments. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for business analysis and is interested in growing their business analyst skills. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Gather requirements using various techniques including JAD and one-on-one interviews + Write clear and detailed functional specifications on new and enhances system functionality + Work directly with development staff on a project team to implement proposed functionality + Communicate with the business sponsor and stakeholders on proposed design and gather feedback on implemented designs + Act as central point of contact for developers and QA staff throughout duration of project + Provide updates on deliverables to the project manager on a timely basis **The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
