Job Description

We are seeking for a  Sales Representative for our social media marketing platform, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by demonstrating the value of our platform to businesses of all sizes. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and a passion for social media marketing.

The candidate is a highly skilled Advertising & Media Marketing Expert to lead and execute the marketing advertising strategies across various media channels in our MCN platform, with a strong focus on social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital advertising, media planning, and campaign optimization. The candidate has widely knowledge and relationship in the market/industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our social media marketing platform.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific marketing goals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and platform updates to effectively position our product.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms for the client, including traditional media (TV, radio, print) and digital channels (social media, search, display, programmatic, influencer marketing, etc.).

  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

  • Conduct audience research and leverage data analytics to optimize campaign performance and meet the client requirements.

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising best practices.

  • Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or social media platforms.

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, advertising, and analytics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in media planning, digital advertising, and social media marketing.

  • Expertise in social media advertising, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.

  • Previous experience working with international brands or large-scale media campaigns.
