We are an internal based guest service department; we want to make sure we leave our customers with a positive experience. This role provides maintenance and repair services for our state of the art fleet. This position is eligible for a tool allowance, ski pass, along with other benefits found here ( ! **Job Specifications:** + Expected Pay Range: $27.00 - $35.00 / hour + Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time + Skill Level: Advanced **Our Fleet:** + Snowcats + Snowmobiles + Heavy Equipment + Light Duty Trucks + Shuttle and Transit Buses + Small Engine Equipment **Job Responsibilities:** + Trains and instructs personnel in the safe operation of fleet equipment such as overhead cranes, vehicle maintenance lifts, measurement and diagnostic equipment, forklifts and hand tools + Diagnoses and performs major repairs and overhauls to gasoline and diesel engines, inspects, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, cleans, adjusts and installs fuel, ignition, electrical, cooling system, hydraulic system parts and/or controls, and welding + Diagnoses and performs electrical, hydraulic and other repairs in the field + Inspects, services and repairs vehicle braking systems; diagnoses, repairs and maintains vehicle air brakes, hydraulic systems and associated power take-off equipment + Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization + Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results + Adhere and promote company safety policies and programs + Other duties as assigned (Will be included in all postings) **Job Requirements:** + Experience in Automotive, Truck, Heavy Equipment, Fleet diagnostics and repair + Ability to analyze complex vehicle and equipment problems, evaluate alternatives and recommend or adopt appropriate courses of action + Must have a valid driver's license / pass internal MVR review + Must have own tools and be willing to purchase more as necessary + Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly The expected pay range is $27.00 - $35.00.
